For the Canada Greener Homes Grant, are the costs of the evaluations covered?

The initial costs of the evaluations are paid by the homeowner. Once both energy evaluations and the upgrades are completed, the homeowner submits all receipts to the Canada Greener Homes Grant. The homeowner will be reimbursed $600 towards the cost of the evaluations as long a minimum of one eligible retrofit is completed.

This depends on the size of your home and the distance our advisor needs to drive to get to your location.
